PLATINUM JUBILEE CELEBRATION

On Sunday 5th June, Pedras LBC celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee with an event for thirty bowlers drawn into triples.  John London had marked the green out with ribbons and points were scored for playing bowls into the marked areas.  The winners were Peter Barker, Jo Daniel and Derek Jones with Geoff Worrall, Bettina Barker and Robbie Hubbard.

Afterwards, there was a lunch with musical entertainment and a singalong at A Charette which had been arranged by Christine Martin.
