The 2026 Valentine’s Competition was held on Sunday 15 February and proved to be a fantastic success. The event, expertly organised by Dave Austin, attracted an impressive 48 bowlers.

Taking first place were Derek Emms, Mary Mullane and Thea Tushuizen, who delivered an outstanding performance. A close second place went to John Lindsay, Lisa Lloyd and Kim McNulty after some highly competitive play.

The enjoyable morning of bowling was rounded off with a well-deserved lunch at Pedras Da Rainha Poolside Restaurant, providing the perfect setting to celebrate a successful and sociable event.
