Twelve sides entered the 2022/23 Winter League.  For each of the twenty-two fixtures, the sides consisted of three teams of triples.  Matches were played on a home and away basis.  With the fixture complete, Floresta Foresters were champions and Alvor Greens took the runners-up spot.

​

Pedras entered two sides: Panthers who finished sixth and Pumas who grabbed third place.  Alvor Greens (once) and Pedras Pumas (twice) proved that grass based sides could win on carpet.  Pumas beat beat both the Floresta sides on successive Saturdays by the same 10-4 scoreline.  Apparently, the second victory was the first time that Foresters had been beaten at home in twenty years.
